The program dedicated to commercial first aid is aimed primarily at strengthening the capacity of the BRC to meet the needs of first aid training in Burundi. It is categorized by three components:
- Individual and collective training in first aid training and basic and comprehensive training.
- Health coverage in partnership with committed partners who use PS services at special events
- Sale of first aid kits

The goal is to strengthen the role of the BRC as a main actor in the field of first aid training in Burundi.
